The Monahan's Road mixed use development consists of a 4 storey building with 837m2 ground floor commercial units, thirteen 2 bed duplex apartments and six 3 bed penthouse apartments with a basement parking structure for 39 cars on a site on the edge of the proposed Marina Ecological Park in Cork Docklands.
