The Monahan’s Road mixed use development consists of a 4 storey building with 837m² ground floor commercial units, thirteen 2 bed duplex apartments and six 3 bed penthouse apartments with a basement parking structure for 39 cars on a site on the edge of the proposed Marina Ecological Park in Cork Docklands.

The building occupies the northern boundary of the site providing a street edge and giving over the majority of the site for a south facing landscaped shared garden.

The apartments are dual aspect with balconies, terraces and open glazing to the south.
Access to the apartments is via a wide deck behind a masonry screen punctuated with opes allowing views over the new proposed park.
