RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS
| The project consists of 43 apartments and retail/commercial overlooking the river Lee in a series of terraces overlooked by the spires of St Anne’s, Shandon and the North Cathedral. The scheme knits into the urban grain of Shandon, an area characterised by a network of pedestrian wide streets and lanes which crisscross the hill between key buildings and urban spaces.
The scheme uses the steeply sloping site to generate intimate spaces and privacy zones throughout the development in the form of courtyards, terraces and balconies, ensuring that all apartments have front door access and therefore generating a genuine urban experience and connection to the universal street. |
