RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS
| North Main Street and Cross Court development is an award winning residential scheme in the heart of Cork city that was built over two phases. Phase 1 consists of 2 apartments and 2 two-storey duplexes over a shop and phase two consists of 5 apartments over the rear of the same shop.
The scheme successfully exploits a narrow site by following the medieval patterns of the city and reinstates the use of an existing lane. Private open space is provided in a courtyard and a roof terrace over the shop that link back to the apartments with galvanised steel bridges. |
